7 Tips Natural Treatment for Vertigo


Vertigo is a feeling as if the patient moves or rotates or as if the objects around the patient moves or rotates, which is usually accompanied by nausea and loss of balance.

A person who suffers from vertigo, feeling as if the world spins around, (objective vertigo) or the patient was spinning in the room, (subjective vertigo).

1. Do not panic, so the symptoms of vertigo attacks. Breathe deeply, close your eyes, and immediately tried to find a position that lets you lay down. If not possible, then immediately sat down.

2. Make sure you are in a safe position (holding hands). Wait a few minutes to make sure whether the vertigo attack is reduced / no.

3. If you feel nauseous and want to vomit, then immediately seek the help of those around you, to help you to the toilet. In some cases, after vomiting, vertigo complaint is to be reduced.

4. When can lay, maintain that position until the vertigo attack is reduced, or lost.

5. Open your eyes slowly, then try to tilt the body, or head to the left and to the right. If the maneuver is apparently vertigo attacks come back, then that means you should immediately close your eyes, or return to the original position.
